"Irrigation measures for water-saving pipelines"

5. Description of Title:

6. Other Notes

Applicants are not eligible for assistance in the following cases

(1) Those who have received subsidies from the government or related units for piping irrigation systems.

(2) Planting betel nuts, wumaokeng flowers and wumaokeng leaves on the ground.

(3) where the categories of land used in the cadastral transcript are recorded as forest land users.

(4) The Land Conservation Area and the agricultural and pastoral land in the forest area are not used in accordance with the available limits of the hillsides and are not well protected by soil and water conservation.

(5) Apply for land in the water area (refers to the agricultural land within the river embankment).

(6) Those who have completed piping irrigation system facilities have been installed.
